In 2026, I took a sabbatical to explore new projects. The common threads have been robotic manufacturing, personalized services, blended and progressive autonomy, and incentive alignment with customers. Here are a few of them:

Personalized chef delivery Summer 2026

What if everyone had a private chef who made food personalized to their taste and macro targets, with variety, and without breaking the bank?

Built AI agents that write personalized recipes, track the pantry and order groceries, turn the recipes into task graphs, and then run as an assistant in Meta Display AR glasses that walk the chef through each step live. The glasses record egocentric cooking videos to be used for finetuning robotics models.

Eventually these kitchens expand as local hubs for personalized manufacturing, starting with food. Cooked dozens of meals with a private chef for me and my neighbors - some of the best food I’ve tried.

Create physical products by just describing them Spring 2026

What if you could describe any product that you imagine and it just shows up on your doorstep? That future may not be away.

Built a “generative e-commerce” store where, based on your description and any reference images, it generates an organic 3D model (STL/3MF), post-processes it in Blender for manufacturability, 3D-prints it in plastic or metal, and then ships it to you. Started with the use case of personalized gifts and collectibles.

As you add CAD generation on the storefront and support for other manufacturing steps like CNC machining and robotic assembly on the factory-side, this would become an on-demand everything store, with increasingly more useful products made custom for you.

AI that maximizes your net worth Winter 2026

What if AI’s incentives were aligned with maximizing your net worth?

Built this to keep a complete picture of your finances, household, goals, and dreams, and continuously work toward them in the background by making investments and optimizing spending and taxes. This would be a registered RIA and if it wasn’t sure about something, it would loop in a licensed human advisor for help.

Stripe’s business model is underrated since it closely aligns their revenue to their customers’ revenue. This would do the same for consumers.
